01 General provisions
These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern the relationship between NoProblemHub (the «Service», «we») and any legal entity or individual using the service (the «User», «you»).
By using the service, registering an account or making requests to our API, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please stop using the service.
02 The service
NoProblemHub provides B2B infrastructure for automating the sale of digital goods, including:
- Steam wallet top-ups for accounts in CIS countries;
- delivery of Steam games as gifts (Steam Gifts);
- top-ups of in-game currency for mobile games;
- issuance and delivery of digital gift cards for global platforms.
Access to the service is provided via a REST API and a customer dashboard. The list of available services, fee rates and limits may change; the current state is always reflected in the dashboard.
03 Registration and account
Registration is automatic. Once an account is created, the User gets access to the API and the dashboard.
The User agrees to:
- provide accurate data during registration;
- not share API keys or account access with third parties;
- notify the Service immediately of any compromise of credentials through the support channel.
All actions performed using the account's keys or credentials are deemed performed by the User.
04 Balance, payments and fees
Services are provided on a prepaid basis. The User tops up the internal account balance; funds are deducted automatically as orders are created.
Service rates and applicable discounts depend on the product type and the User's monthly volume. Exact rates are shown when an order is created and in the dashboard.
The Service may change the pricing structure with notice to the User through the dashboard or Telegram channel at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
05 Order fulfillment
When creating an order, the User must provide accurate recipient data (e.g., account login, player ID, country and currency). The Service is not liable for unfulfillable orders caused by incorrect input.
The Service does not guarantee instant delivery but applies reasonable efforts to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Order status changes are available via the order endpoint.
06 Prohibited use
The User must not use the service for:
- fraudulent operations, money laundering, financing of terrorism;
- circumventing sanctions or restrictions of partner platforms;
- automated resale of the services without our prior approval;
- unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, scraping of undocumented endpoints;
- any actions that violate applicable law in the User's or supplier's jurisdiction.
The Service may limit or terminate the User's access upon discovering a violation, with or without prior notice.
07 Refunds and disputes
If an order cannot be fulfilled for technical reasons, funds are automatically returned to the User's internal balance.
Disputes are reviewed upon the User's request via the support channel. The standard review window is up to 3 business days.
Withdrawal of funds from the internal balance to external accounts is only possible in the cases explicitly required by applicable law.
08 Liability
The Service applies reasonable efforts to keep the API stable and order processing accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Service is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, reputational losses or other consequences arising from the use of the service.
The total liability of the Service for any claim is limited to the amount of funds on the User's internal balance at the moment the dispute arose.
09 Intellectual property
The software, documentation, interface design and other materials of the service are owned by NoProblemHub. Using the service does not transfer to the User any rights in these materials, except for the right to use the API under these Terms.
10 Changes to the terms
The Service may amend these Terms. A new revision becomes effective upon publication on /en/terms.html. The revision date is shown at the top of the document.
Material changes are additionally announced through the Telegram channel and/or the dashboard.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of [insert jurisdiction]. All disputes are subject to resolution under the applicable law.
