01 Who we are and who this applies to
This Privacy Policy describes how NoProblemHub (the «Service», «we») collects, uses and protects information received from users of noproblemhub.com, the customer dashboard and the API.
The policy applies to all users of the service — unregistered visitors as well as account holders and their employees working with the API.
02 What data we collect
2.1 Registration data
When you create an account we receive: email address, organization name (if provided), password in hashed form, and contact Telegram handle (optional).
2.2 Service usage data
While you use the API and the dashboard we automatically collect: technical request parameters, server IP addresses, timestamps, order identifiers and statuses, balance and operation history.
2.3 Recipient data for digital goods
To fulfill orders you send us recipient details (e.g., Steam login, player ID, region). These are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and are not used for any other purpose.
2.4 Technical visit data
On the website we automatically receive standard request parameters: browser type, operating system, referrer, screen resolution. This data is anonymous.
03 Purposes of processing
We process data for the following purposes:
- providing and operating the service (creating orders, displaying statistics, settlements);
- performing our obligations to you as a user;
- security, anti-fraud and incident investigation;
- contacting you about support and service matters;
- improving the service based on aggregated, anonymized data;
- complying with applicable law.
04 Cookies and analytics
The website uses a limited set of cookies:
- Necessary cookies — support the customer-dashboard session and basic site functionality. Authentication is not possible without them.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand anonymized traffic patterns (for example, via Google Analytics or Yandex.Metrica). This data does not identify individual users.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site may become unavailable as a result.
05 Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Sharing with third parties is possible only in the following cases:
- with digital-goods suppliers — only to the extent required to fulfill the specific order (e.g., Steam account login);
- with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, anti-fraud) — under confidentiality agreements;

06 Storage and security
Data is stored in secured infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS). Access is restricted to employees who need it to perform their duties.
Retention period depends on the processing purpose: account data is kept until the account is closed plus the period required for financial and tax reporting; order data — for the period set by applicable law.

You have the right to:

- request correction or deletion of your data;
